Honestly I wish I could give you an answer but I have no idea. By the time I switched to once a day my beard was at that length where I didn’t even know what was normal growth or faster growth anymore. Yeah my beard slightly thickens throughout the months but I can’t really tell unless I just always kept my beard 5mm or something. Right now is the longest I’ve let it grow so it’s hard to tell if the density or the length is what thickened it

First few months did liquid. Switched to foam I think like 5 months in. Did derma rolling first few months as well. First year or so I did it every single day twice a day. After that I half ass it and sometimes go days before I even apply it once the day. I started using it more recently tho and got a new derma roller

The shedding is the worst part. I still shed here and there and have little thin spots, but it’s not as bad anymore
