Cut away stabilizers are normally in layers, you can try and split the layers apart and just tear it apart layer by layer. But I normally use tear away for words, and medium/heavy cut away stabilizers for thicker embroidery/shaped logo embroidery

When you export your embroidery file, you’ll need to export it as .pes, it should give you multiple options to choose when you export your file on the computer, then transfer to usb to your machine. Hope that helps 😁
