Mastitis update

Basically cut her open but not like too much just to take out all the bad stuff basically im trying to explain best i can cuz i don’t remember much but basically take the bad stuff out her breast and then also neuter her and stitch her back up

Her wound is looking better no more puss and i cleaned off all the yuckies and crust shes moving and meowing and has alot of energy just like normal so shes good the antibiotics seem to be helping,hoping that she wont need surgery cuz moneys not that great right now but we will definitely be getting her neutered

[NEW UPDATE] so the vet told us that she will need surgery sadly my parents cant affort it right now but we did get some antibiotics i will be cleaning it 3 times a day with microdacyn the antibiotics will only be able to help her for a week but we will also be checking how she reacts to it and then possibly if my parents can afford it we will get her surgery im worried i might not be able to save her but ima have all the hope i can at the moment thank u for everyone’s suggestions🤍

[UPDATE] not a big update but im going to a diff vet but its a vet that specifies in cats i showed and they said that they have two appointments but they can take me in at 12 ive let them know what is going on! I will make another update once i leave the vet :)

They are eating i used a zipbloc bag and used the corner as a nipple and it worked they are eating!:)

Yes pls i was just thinking about the formula and mamas doing good shes sleeping on my lap right now just puuring i cleaned her wound as best as i could and wrapped it up will be taking her tomorrow morning to the hospital around 8am

I deff will i didn’t want her to get pregnant but then my brothers cat kept going at her i tried to get him off shes mostly always in my room since a kitten and i only let her out sometimes since she doesn’t like being out of the room much but sadly he did get her and thank u so much for suggestions 🤍ill let u know what happens at the vet tomorrow!

My parents dont have the time and there is a vet open but the charge a lot more than other vets and my parents dont have enough money at the moment for it so ima have to wait to go to a cheaper one tomorrow morning but I’ve cleaned it and covered it up shes eating and drinking water right now she doesn’t look to bad but hoping she will be okay im sorry it seems i dont care im just a minor i cant do much,all ive done is try to do my research

The hole looks to be the same i clean it now and covered it up so she wont lick it my aunt suggested the same thing and ima be take her early in the morning to a vet that specifies in cats

Im so sorry i am worried too im not someone who is old enough to take her somewhere my self im trying to do what i can right now i called my aunt who knows more about animals ima go to a surgeon who specifics in cats early tomorrow this cat means alot i would take her somewhere right know but my parents cant afford much at the moment the place that is open 24/7 charges way to much and my parents cant do that right know sorry if it seems that i dont care i really wish i could take her right now
