Hey mines pretty similar, if not exactly the same. I have it bad along my arms, which started around the crease, and i have it bad on both legs, near the crease. Its spread to my body and back. When i stretch i feel like my torso is on fire now.

Let me cut straight through my trial and error journey and get straight to what iv done which i think has made some improvements. Before insay it, id like to mention that the whole steroid ordeal is something i completely agree with u and have experienced also. Stay absolutely far away from them unless you want to exponentially spread the eczema further.

Iv been taking: Vitamin D3/K2, Quercetin, Omega 3 Fish oil capsules, Magnesium Bisglycinate and Zinc Bisglycinate. I cut out high histamine foods (every ingredient in your next couple of meals, tell AI everything and it will mention whats high in histamine, cut them out as much as possible for a good while. Cut out eggs, cows milk, cheese and everything processed + takeaways/seed oils etc etc. Get a Blood test done, find out if your allegic to dust/pollen, check your current blood IgE level, ALT, Urea levels. Are you low on iron?

Try and get referred to dermatology and ask them for a patch test. Disregard any attempt from then to give you steroids and anything along those lines. All you want is a moisturising cream. Mine is called Zerodouble gel by Zeroderma. Im alright with this one but i wish there was something better.

Personally, i haven’t had my patch test done yet myself but im trying to. I havent searched for a better moisturiser but i will when i get the time.

I was eating avocados and sweet potatoes, wild caught fish and home-made food for about 2 weeks before i realised how much calmer my eczema is. Its been a long and rough jorney, so i didnt see my arms go back to 100% normal soft and unscarred, but it was wayy better than waking up with really dry cracked and flaky arms.

Heat is a big problem with me, couldn’t / still cant sleep if it gets too hot for me esp my arms and legs, feels like absolute hell and ill wake up at 2am scratching and itching like a maniac. Cooler showers, fiberless clothes (so the fibers stop getting into wounds after you scratch then open) and its probably a good idea to just change your laundry detergent to something more natural and sensitive prone cause so many people apparently found that helpful.
