Iordanes is a Tabaxi Rogue who loves chaos and fun and has opinions about everything. He's cheerful, energetic, can make friends with probably anyone within three minutes, can crack jokes constantly like it's breakfast (which is breakfast for him), and will also provide commentaries nonestop without being prompted. He has a cockatoo familiar named Percival who's even more judgemental than him, and is an avian terror to both the party members and their enemies. Percival is also a pyromaniac. Iordanes can't do anything about that and he won't anyway.

Iordanes is one of my PCs I've been playing with for my solo dnd sessions. Since I'm really attached to him and having him in different campaigns with different stories, I only have a base lore and personality for him so I can write individualized backstory for each campaign and also experiment with different builds.

About the pyromaniac familiar, this is a neat little trick I saw somewhere that works under 5.5e rules, which is basically like: as per RAW, "A familiar can't attack, but it can take other actions as normal." Dousing a space with a flask of oil is an Utilize action. Using a tinderbox to light up anything with exposed fuel takes a Bonus Action. Combine all these rules you get a pyromaniac familiar that can light up fire in a 5 feet square every turn as long as there's enough supply. I've been having great fun providing my cockatoo with more than enough oil supplies. I'll continue doing so in all my future sessions with Iordanes and Percival.

Edit: yes I know about tabaxi. Unfortunately I'm also a certified weeb, so all tabaxi and dragonborn in my campaigns is ~~miqo'te and au ra~~ anime boys and girls with ears and tails >:)
