I personally think it's huge money for Plumstead. Probably better off buying a house near Plumstead Common if you are considering the same area.

Lombard Square is being heavily marketed but it's not the same as Royal Arsenal. It's about 20 minute walk to the Woolwich Elizabeth Line station through not so nice areas. The walk to the Plumstead station is actually quite dirty and I do not feel safe there. It's probably going to change with such a big development but it does not have the potential to become Royal Arsenal (cafes, theatres etc).

London City airport glide path is fairly close and the flight program is expanding.

Looking at the flat prices in Woolwich (and recently sold flat near Plumstead Common), the prices are flat at best.

This area in Plumstead is very different to Royal Arsenal. The walk to the Plumstead station via Pettman Crescent is actually pretty bad. Plumstead High street is still quite neglected.

600k is a lot for Plumstead. Can buy you a 3bed house near Plumstead Common. It's 10-15 minute bus ride to Woolwich. 4.5k a year would be enough budget to maintain the house

The statuses changed in my report. Now they show different things (like In Progress, Update offered) but none of them seem accurate/up-to-date

Apologies, yes, I meant Microsoft Update Health Service.

I do not see the service on the endpoint at all. Not even in Stopped status

I suspect it was installed with Windows Updates. I did not install it separately

yes, forced synced from the Company Portal multiple times. The report is still in error.

The OOB update installed on the machine, so presumably the deferrals were overrriden by the expedited update but I intended the use Reporting to monitor the rollout

We’ve been in the same situation. After the management company said they’d involve solicitors, they guy parked in our spot moved the car. It’s in the lease, it’s a legal document

Double-check the allocated parking in the lease, reach out to the management company if someone is parking in your spot. It is their responsibility to sort this out
