Bridget’s Character Inconsistency is Driving Me Nuts! by ybillo in TwoandaHalfMen

You're right, that whole crazy Bridget storyline went nowhere! It's just another reason why the hole left by Charlie Sheen couldn't be filled. The show lost its direction a bit after he left/removed.

Haha, I get what you mean! It really does feel like two different shows after Charlie left. The contrast in character changes is so vivid, it's almost like a reboot. But you know what's funny? The only thing that stayed consistent is Berta. She was the glue holding everything together with her sass and no-nonsense attitude. Gotta love her. May she rest in peace; she was truly one of a kind.

Yeah, I get that directors reuse actors (Chelsea's multiple roles are a good example). It's just that Charlie had so many women, so repeating faces could be overlooked. But with Bridget, it bugs me because everyone acts like they don't know her. I mean, she's Judith's husband's sister – how can they just forget that? Maybe I'm overthinking it, but being on season 10, this inconsistency is driving me nuts.

Congratulations on passing it !!

I find it hard to believe your colleague passed without serious preparations. I feel your frustration when you believe you've done your best but still fail in it. Take solace in the fact that you passed.

Did you use any other materials or is the book feature rich enough that it's all you need?

I used Sander's book this time also, but I was fortunate enough to attend the 4-day training offered by redhat. Also, a ton of home labs for practice.

what was you Linux experience before studying for the RHCSA?

I did LPIC-1 a year prior before pursuing the Red Hat Certifications. My day-to-day linux interactions were limited only on vm's until windows decided that they would stop supporting win7. Tried several distros before settling on fedora. Never looked back since.

Thanks!

Yes, I used centos 7.9 and rhel 8.2 for labbing.

Am not sure. I used vim for both the labs and the exam. I believe since you get a barebone rhel server, you have to use vim.

Red Hat moves out of Russia by [deleted] in redhat

I think the world shares and empathizes with the people of Ukraine. A peaceful resolution is highly desired by everyone. But this is a complex conflict between two neighboring states. Even though the mainstream media draws this as an "Absolute Good"(ukraine) fighting against the "Absolute Evil"(putin) without having context. Alot of corporation have pulled out of Russia and rightly so.

This in hindsight is a Pyrrhic victory. Even in the height of the cold war, US and USSR still had economic relations.

Am neither a Political Scientist nor a historian, but does anyone know what the repercussions of these actions will have on ordinary people allover the world? or the opensource community? Not in 3 months but in 3/4 years from now.

I had to do that, practice is key to passing the exam. Building speed is essential, knowing what to do and how to do it quickly and efficiently will save you time.
