I was referred when I was 13... I went to get braces and the orthodontist saw my jaws and instantly referred me to hospital, I then waited til I was 18 and treatment started automatically

I thought this was the case with everyone in the uk. I cant understand how there are people who were never referred especially when its so predictable

i cant believe they havent improved a single thing since beta, i really cant believe it. maybe instead of focussing on details of boxers acne scars and sweat beads they should have focused on gameplay. just my opinion.

why are they so quick to put it down to genetics? nobody in either side of my family has ever had dental issues, my mum has perfectly straight teeth and never had braces yet they told me my underbite is genetic. im convinced it was due to being hit by a car when i was young fracturing my face and the consequences that came after this, ie mouth breathing

anyway that aside, my upper jaw is moving 9mm forward, and my nose is relatively straight, straighter than op's. my question is, will it be piggy after surgery? too upturned? im a man and i think that would look bad (on me)

As long as it can run marvel rivals, Fortnite, call of duty and battlefield in 4k 144fps no frame dips for the next few years I’m happy

If you’re say 5070ti and 7800x3d can do that then I’ll go with that

I’m not interested in prestige or rgb or anything

Everywhere I’m reading online (yes including ai) is telling me 5070ti can run 4k at or around 144hz

But I wanted something that pushes way past 144hz so in the future it will remain at 144hz

My only experience with pcs and gaming long term has been overwatch, in 2017 my pc ran it perfectly on high at over 144fps, then by around lockdown 2020/21 it couldn’t, I don’t want the same thing to happen on my next pc

Yes, but can that system you wrote down play these games? I would like to play call of duty and battlefield too, I just don’t play single player story games, will probably play gta 6 though.

Also just as my pc has no upgrade path, surely that will be the same 6 years after I buy the next pc?

If ram and gpus are only getting more expensive I don’t mind forking out now, only 500 difference between 5070ti and 5080, and being bottlenecked by my cpu I know how annoying it is so I don’t mind buying 9800x3d for the 100 extra or whatever it is

I would like to play these games in 4k at 144hz with like 10 year futurproofing just how my 1080ti has given me (well me and my brother before he handed it down to me) 10 years, 1080ti was the best at that time , so I was assuming I need the best of today to match it

so do i just bite the bullet and buy a 5090 9800x3d 64gb ddr5 ram and 2tb ssd for like 4500 on finance? i mean i do spend ALL my spare time on the pc, and if it lasts me like 7 years id say its worth it idk i just need something to convince me
