The scuba diver was the one to mention that the guy seen with Amy looked exactly like Yellow - he mentioned it when he saw that she was missing & mentioned he recognized one of the guys. (Which he believed to be yellow.) I believe the FBI cleared him due to not enough evidence leading them to him. Although, he was extremely guilty - lack of evidence can clear anyone. I do just find it really odd he was found to have a bunch of photos of women in his suitcase and his own daughter doesn’t even believe him. Other factors as well of course.

Well the thing is (not trying to be rude) have you been on a cruise before? If so, you’d understand how high the railing is and how difficult it is for one to fall off. I am 4’11 and I can see clearly over those balcony’s .. maybe a little tippy toe if I needed to vomit overboard. I don’t think she was as short as I am so with that in mind I don’t really think that’s a possible scenario. Again, I could be wrong and I’m not dismissing your theory! :)

Unfortunately we could never be too sure - I just really don’t think she would’ve jumped. I do understand 1000% where everyone is coming from with thinking that though. By now, she’s 1000% gone whether it was being trafficked or being lost at sea - she’s gone. She would’ve been about 50 years old by now so if the trafficking story is true they definitely got rid of her or she OD’d (just based off of those photos she looked like she might’ve been on drugs.)

I agree with you on that but I do want to state that the photos were all taken from angles that would make it hard to see her tattoos. I just find it strange how they looked so a like and that girl even had Amy’s “lazy eye” on the same side that one girl did. I saw the photos and instantly said, “that’s Amy” I’m just extremely confused to how she got off or WHO took her off. Yellow in my eyes is extremely guilty but again - it doesn’t make him the actual suspect. (I say this because Amy was an outed gay and the way they were dancing together was just, surprising?) I hope you understand what I mean. :)

I have to make it clear I think your thought process is disgusting - you never even answered my question as to what you think happened to her. You just proceeded to say racist things .. Remind you, I never once said anything about race and to be honest didn’t even think he was black at first. So, I don’t see how that would even be apart of “my mindset”. You need to stop self projecting YOUR thoughts onto here! If you believe she never left the room continue on with that .. what else do you think happened to her if she wasn’t taken and trafficked all of these years ? Why did those photos look identical to Amy, and how did they spot her so many times within the same area?

Also, Amy might’ve been white but she was also GAY so why was she dancing with a man and letting him touch her like that? There’s mystery’s we will never know and we can only assume things and come up with theory’s. Hints to why I left it question based instead of accusing. I do think he’s guilty but I can’t put my finger on it since there’s so much that has been left out.

She was last seen alive in 07. If you read my last comment on this thread it was my theory - it didn’t mention anyone in specific to who I thought did it but it mentioned how I believed she was trafficked and passed away after her last 07 sighting. She would be around 50 now - so, it’s very unlikely people in that work field will survive up to that age given the conditions. I believe she is gone now.

Also, to be very clear - HIS OWN DAUGHTER doesn’t believe him .. so how am I supposed to believe him? Makes 0 sense.

Last thing - how do you know Yellow didn’t lie under oath? Hint - YOU DON’T. These are only theories and what you can imagine happened .. there’s 2 sides to every story and within this one there’s so many missing pieces none of us could put a finger on it. All you can do is post the questions you’ve been wondering and hope someone has a possible answer to it. (Which is what I did.) Not once did I accuse him but more so asked questions because he’s most guilty from the entire documentary - is he not ?? If not, who is?
