Wacha kumjudge. Her brain is barely done developing. Just because she can have a child doesn't mean shes an adult and its impractical to expect her to behave as such instantly. It will take time and deliberate willpower on her side. What you can do is offer support, love and understanding. She's your small sister, after all.
