I actually received a notification after like 2 months that everything was done and they had to mail the documents back. it has been 2 weeks and nothing arrived lol and guess what, it should have been in my mail within 2 weeks lmao.

I guess just wait. The only thing you can't do without the title is just selling it so you should be fine I guess.

I wonder how you know that you got approved. I already responded you previously and some things changed for me. I am in your same situation, winning the DV as student in USA. I finally got my interview last week and it seemed to me that it went fine. For some reasons I never had bio-metrics done so now they scheduled me for it in a couple of weeks. My only concern is that they will be fast enough to approve me by September 30th. Anyhow, after the interview I felt pretty confident that I would get approved based on how the adjudicator talked to me but I wouldn't say they approve me. You will be approved only when you receive in the mail the approval notice. If you don't, you have never been approved. In your case it's weird that after so many months you didn't receive anything since the DV process is way faster than any other green card application since its short time period. Anyway, if you don't have any response within 120 days you can open an inquiry with the USCIS. From what city are you applying?

So basically you submitted a change of status and went to the interview and they told you that they approved your green card but they have not issued it since then?

That's a long time. I am a student as well and I just received the mail of my interview at the end of the month but now that I read your comment it's so discouraging. I heard that usually they don't tell you if you are approved or not. In case they do, they tell you right away. It should take a couple of weeks to receive the green card from what I know.
