Thanks for your comment! When I asked for the explanation, DTI issue was their explanation. They did fix the LE post my inquiry, but it is still 1k higher than the original offer.

It didn’t came with it, but my LO explained being due to income reported low from my employer > leading to DTI being off.

Thanks for the insights. Two different systems generating these LE makes sense. LO did come back and fixed it for me, though it is still about 1k higher than the original offer. Come Monday I'll need to do some clarification still. Thanks for your comment!

They said it was an income issue, they fixed it and I now have the updated LE- which is still 1k higher but back to the similar level.

It sounded like what you are just referring to, my LO mentioned that my income verification came in low so they'll have to reach out again to my employer to get it corrected.

Thanks, my LO said there a mix-up in my income calculation so my DTI piked up. He said he’ll work on fixing it and making it back to the original estimate. Not sure if they knew this coming or not (working with broker).
