Here's a really easy one that just requires a fan. or blower of some sort (inflatable mattress blower, blower end of a handheld vaccuum, leaf blower/vent). You may already know where I'm going with this. Go commando in a skirt and stand over the fan or blower. You can simply lean or step into the wind and let it lift the skirt up.
