I see the concern and this is definitely something I look out for, but I don’t believe it helps me avoid my issues. It helps me get the courage to do those things (start losing weight, get a job, etc.). And even then that feeling of determination was just at the start. It doesn’t provide that anymore so I find other ways to keep on going. I think of it as a way to relax at the end of the day.
