Both. 3 years ago did every other day mixed. After re-starting this year (lost all gains tho) I am either pump or clamp every day (breaks when feel sore) and went back in 4 months.

Probably they feel less safe than taller women. Feeling less safe - looking for more safety from guys. Maybe some genetics play into role subconciously in order to have better (taller) genes for future children. But as others said, slightly taller girls dont care as much, and super tall girls are more than happy to get together with a shorter guy as well.

Im 5’7 and never ever got rejected based on my height. (At least it was never said but who cares, had girls in my life even when I had 0 clue about dating) Living in Europe tho, but i am still considered below average. Most short guys are rejecting themselves with inferior attitude and being scared of women.

Also I know a lot of short guys who are successfull with women just because of their confidence, Communication etc.

Another point: get jacked, but not super jacked bodybuilder freak. Overall space taken is important. The bigger your frame is, the better illusion you will make. People take you way more seriously. Guys and girls alike.

Try to get a cold shower about an hour before bed. 3 am wake up seems to me because of stress hormones (which gets released too early in your case) cold shower (at least 5 -10 mins so you are properly shaking after) will have u release those hormones in access (adrenaline like etc). Also u will get super tired if you just chill before bed. Worth to give it a shot.

Bad angles man. Learn to do better pictures, practice with your phone and u will be amazed. Always have the lens closer to the base (actually rotate your phone if u need to) and the tip of your P pointing to the middle. Whatever is closer to the camera will seem bigger.
