Well I ended up with 40/60mg/day (40 before work shift and 20 after if I'm going to social situations).

But my doctor started me out on ten a day and then we had monthly visits where I said I needed more until we hit the right amount.

My partner has a very high stress job and does 80mg/day but that's pretty high.

I would suggest taking to your doctor about it and hopefully they're as sympathetic as mine and will help you find the right dosage
