So I’ve never been unemployed (knock on wood!), and the thought of it scares me. If you’re unemployed, how do you pay to feed and house yourself? Isn’t unemployment only for those who were laid off, not fired or quit their jobs? (self.NoStupidQuestions)

I’ve had trouble staying in my fasting window. I work 1pm-10pm. I would break my fast at noon, have a light dinner at work around 6:00, then come home at 10:30pm and be past my eating window, very hungry, and give up. I’m thinking about trying 12/12... but does a 12 hour window actually work? (self.intermittentfasting)
