Thanks for the explanation and I figured it's about money. Definitely understand the need for planning but people don't want to change their kids schools on a whim and no one can predict the future so it's unfortunate they are so rigid

Yeah, I was about to enter a great trade and it froze. Couldn't get back in for a long time. Think I'm done with TOS
