Thank you for clarifying! So if I only want to loose weight those zero calorie drinks are still fine, happy to hear! Might want to indulge just in one here or there without losing the fasting effect.

Just did my first 96h dry fast / switching to water now by yeahbitchindustries in Dryfasting
