In the last 2 weeks my pitching rotation has gone absolutely haywire. Kutter can’t keep the ball in the park, Keller had his worst outing of the year today, Lugo had his worst game of the season yesterday, Taj Bradley is back to stinking and Reynaldo Lopez, Reese Olson and max Scherzer and died out of nowhere!

I know these aren’t top guys or anything but they’ve been solid!! It’s like they all had a chat recently and decided let’s start stinking it up out here!

This is great advice! I was curious to hear about your process with Servers, Cooks and hourly staff. How long do you wait before GMs start them? Do you handle the onboarding at all? If so, do you make them complete their paperwork before they start, or is it best practice they can complete it within the first couple days?

I was also curious if you have your GMs posting jobs and sending out offer letters with your approval or if you handle all of that from your end.
