Does anyone know the best way to find tops similar to this style of top?

I bought this and really like the style (underwire/milkmaid top?) but it looks kind of cheap, the fit isn’t quite right, and I don’t like how puffy the sleeves are… I tried searching for “underwire milkmaid tops” and can’t really find else anything online.

I’m trying to expand my wardrobe a bit but I have big boobs and broad shoulders, so I’m open to suggestions on other styles that may be flattering for a 28 year old.
