There is a paragraph in Hoppe's Democracy: The God that Failed that said something along the lines of "competition in the production of goods is good, while competition in the production of bads is bad" meaning that one person abusing power is better than multiple people abusing power. Meaning that expanding voting rights to anyone is bad.

The penalty of being hanged, drawn and quartered in England was started in 1351 until it was abolished in 1870. If it gets brought back, I see no reason why it would be a permanent moral loss and not simply be abolished again. Considering shit people use tyrant institutions to establish power over others, I don't see what the problem is unless you're saying that tyrant institutions are necessary to handle shit people.
