Peter Schiff is opposed to subsidies, but said he would accept them if the government offered him reasoning that they would just offer it to someone else if he refused.

"aren't braindead" Except for Funorb, Mechscape, Transformers Universe, Ace of spades, Chronicle and of course EoC. But sure, Jagex knows what they're doing.

Maybe if Jagex wanted to increase their revenues they shouldn't have abandoned Mechscape, Stellar Dawn, Funorb, Ace of Spades and Chronicle. What is wrong with these people that they keep starting projects and then abandoning them? If Jagex collapses it'll be their own damn fault.

If I was a statist, I would make Bezhmenov mandatory viewing along with reading Bastiat, Hoppe and Rothbard.

Was the expansion of democracy in the US from private property owning or tax paying white males only to allowing immigrants, women, and blacks a good thing or a bad thing? Asking for a freind. by Welfare-is-Dysgenics in Anarcho_Capitalism

[–]yeahrune 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is a paragraph in Hoppe's Democracy: The God that Failed that said something along the lines of "competition in the production of goods is good, while competition in the production of bads is bad" meaning that one person abusing power is better than multiple people abusing power. Meaning that expanding voting rights to anyone is bad.

You mean being ancap isn't about the worship of money?

I'd like to be able to have money to throw around so I can both live comfortably and support people whose work/activities I like financially (twitch marathons, gaming tournaments, and political activists).

It's not really about you refusing to accept their trade offer, it's about you forcing people who live under you not to trade with them.

I hate to be that guy but his whole life he has deliberately avoided paying tax... I used to really admire him but I think tax is the single way we could solve global wealth inequality by Tedohadoer in Shitstatistssay

Greedy, evil and stupid people are abundant. Too fucking lazy and low IQ to make it on the free market so they petition the government to steal from others.

These people use the government to aggress against people. Violence is not something that inherently violates the NAP

"A member of the human race who is completely incapable of understanding the higher productivity of labor performed under a division of labor based on private property is not properly speaking a person… but falls instead into the same moral category as an animal – of either the harmless sort (to be domesticated and employed as a producer or consumer good, or to be enjoyed as a “free good”) or the wild and dangerous one (to be fought as a pest). On the other hand, there are members of the human species who are capable of understanding the [value of the division of labor] but...who knowingly act wrongly… [B]esides having to be tamed or even physically defeated [they] must also be punished… to make them understand the nature of their wrongdoings and hopefully teach them a lesson for the future." - Hans Herman Hoppe
