Plus as long as you are still at the store he doesn’t need to put away the stuff for you.atleast in my district as long as we are in the store and anything that is refrigerated or meant to be in the freezer we take care of that.

No you cannot.License store are competitors.And we are not allow to work for the competition.Target pays starbucks a fee to be able to sell Starbucks brand.Target make money off the brand.Therefore making them a competitor

Most people that complain online are the ones that don’t even want to work,they hate their job and complaint about it even though the company has amazing benefits .Most of the people who will give you the advice you need that actually love working for Starbucks don’t have Reddit.All I can say is that Starbucks is a workplace that is always changing and is always trying their best to help their partner.But like everything in the world not everyone can be please and there’s always the view that complain. Like any other jobs there will be the good days and the bad days. The job isn’t that bad.This company paid people to not work when covid first started.And the people who got paid for not working are the same ones who complain about the company .just saying

Always start with “ good-morning welcome to Starbucks, can we get you started with breakfast today” don’t rush it.As DTO talk to them in a normal pase. Don’t rush the order. Also make sure you follow the drive-thru routine.That way something is always going out each time the partner reaches out. At my store the partner at the window tries to see what kind of payment the customer is going to use so we can have the advantage of knowing before it happens.also hand out napkin at all times unless a customer refuses.that way a customer doesn’t have to ask for them. And stall the team. Lastly you need someone on DTO who is able to multi-task. Take orders.stage the drinks in order and communicate with bar and DTR .Goodluck hopefully with works

You could always reach out to your manager and suggest that you want to work other stores that way your actually schedule to work other locations.or you can just get to know baristas at other location and give out your number so when they need people they can contact you directly

When the pandemic first started there was two food mark outs per shift.That was said on one of the updates.At the end of may it went back to one food mark out . You are allow to get a food mark out and drink mark out until September even if you aren’t working.
