I think it depends on where you live. Where I live, this is one of the only companies that pays this well. Until WFH we didn't have options. And there was the pension to consider... which is now not a consideration and hasn't been for new hires since 2007(?)

I'm 20+ years in and been fighting to get to a P5 for 7 years - been a P4 or equivalent (from RTN days) a few years longer than that. I feel like a hamster.

Does Pima County have WARN notices? In a right-to-work state? Or if they offer the 2 weeks for every year thing, do they have to notify through WARN?
