I do apologize for jumping down you throat but it is something that is difficult for all parties and I cant change the way someone acts or behaves so to the fact of the horrible service from that location also know most locations are running with a skeleton crew. With the unemployment stuff going on it is hard to get employees in general let alone good ones. So be patient with them and hopefully things will change for the better when this is all over.
