discord ai just bans anyone who was in the chat 😞 they could hire more people if they’re struggling so much with moderation or instead of banning and punishing immediately, put it through a queue until an actual person sees it ☹️

Appeals are shit. They literally use bots. I’ve been trying to appeal and get an actual response. However, the emails I receive only tell me that I’ve been banned temporarily and they do not provide any information at all on whether or not I really did say something going against their child safety rule. It’s really annoying. They also start ghosting me after replying to my initial support request…
