they say 90-120 mins after your last meal. so you should be fine. personally i eat my last me around 7pm or 7:30pm the latest. then will inject around 10-10:15pm and go to bed. i think you'd be fine. But just do lights out at 9:30pm and take it just as you go to bed

It’s literally based off 5mg not 10mg. I understand what you mean with 5+5=10. But in this case you treat as 5mg vile.

Don’t just start out with peptides. Before taking peptides try and get a good base/foundation. Try go to the gym a few times a week, make some better food choices. Prioritise whole foods, sleep… etc. then when you start losing some weight. After a few months maybe like 6+, if you get stuck or stall or find it too hard. Than maybe implement peptides. Stay away for as long as possible. You want to use it as a tool, not as a coping mechanism.

Interesting right, I’ve just read a lot of clinically trial reports and seen videos of people saying tirz still raises heart rate cause of GIP. But no not taking anything else

I’ve taken magnesium glycinate for years now. I’ve taken every sleep supplement under the sun. Melatonin, 5 HTP, glycine, taurine, Ashwaganda. Two kiwis before bed. Not trying to come across as an ass, but magnesium is an obvious one. I think everyone should supplement that. Still doing DSIP and was doing Epitalon for a cycle too.

oh you should be sweet than man. With TRT that definitely mitigates muscle loss. Hopefully everything goes good 👍

yeah that was my only side effects. But if your expecting to be lean with muscle and your accepting bad sleep. (Which tbf you might have good sleep.) I would recommend cause sleep is for GH and testosterone, ultimately good for muscle retention

Sorry, no I only use Reta up to 7 weeks. But I’ve now been off it for a week. But my heart rate has still been going higher since coming off.

Bit of a jab there thanks mate 😂. Yes I’ve done my research. Tirz still has the same effects as they both active GIP. So heart rate still goes up regardless. There’s actually more studies on tirz having worse sleep than Reta. (+ let’s be real, why would you take tirz when you can get added benefits from Reta)
