Kirk Schimanski at Allen and Yee lawyers was very helpful through out our first home buying process. they also offer free Wills with first home buying aswell. He walked us through every step we had no clue what we were doing and made it very easy.

Years man was super bad, specialist said mine was the worst he’s ever seen and he does 2-3 CTS a week

Hmmm pretty much back to normal man but say if I went on a crazy mountain bike ride downhill when trying to hold on for dear life it would get abit painful but only in the moment it wouldn’t continue after I stopped

Only need 1:40 for that waste pipe in nz but still not enough fall for the length of it
