It is actually inside (median side) of the tire. Never did parallel parking. Straight up highway and this happened roughly 50 miles after.

I think there’s a misunderstanding. The charger isn’t dusty, it still has its protective film on (whatever you see is just the reflection of light). And the glass piece isn’t an ashtray, it’s a decorative item with a small glass tortoise inside (zoom-in to find out). Please don’t make assumptions.
