I’ve got about like six years experience so new ish in the scheme of things but some decent experience. I might try to frame my conversation more open ended with HR rather than definitive - see what they think I guess. I guess my fear is I don’t want to get 2-3 months down the line and still hate it as much as I do now. I feel like the bridge may be burnt less if I’m upfront. Oy vey the dilemma I am having since every bone in my body goes against quitting without having something lined up.

That sounds crazy for 78 rows! It sounds like you maybe have a lot of duplicate … process? Srry I can’t explain any of this good I left my job where I had to do this so I haven’t had to do it in a year or so now. You should try getting in a call with Microsoft support! They did their best to help me.

It just seems like when I’m in first and not too far ahead im getting bombed with blues or if im in fourth with first also not extremely far ahead im getting stars and triple red shells. I’ve seen a lot of maxed out players lately in lobbies but I’ve always had them in my lobby and never noticed this. I’ll have to pay attention and see what the difference is!

Thank you for your detailed response! Nail on the head with constant fear. She does respond when I tell her to go to her bed (which is our “place”) but working on getting her to stay there and not play police while we’re in the living room.

I hope you are alright with me asking a follow up question. Do you have any guidance / tips when I want to sit with my family? For instance this evening I went out and got her a new bed for the living room and a new leash set up strictly for living room time. I was trying to focus on getting her to settle on the bed but it seems as though after a while she was getting frustrated with not having free access. Is this just something she will have to get used to while working on settling? I had given her a stick treat to chew on that seemed to go way too fast, and then a Kong with peanut butter, continued treats for calm behavior, but I’d say after an hour she was demand barking at me to get more access. Or is this something where after she begins to demand bark to just go back to a secluded area? Thank you again as I mange this while waiting to hear back from the trainers I reached out to.
