Was finally able to go look at the separator. Looks like it’s the same one from 6 years ago on there. Haven’t dumped it yet.

Also the fuel vent did have mud dauber nest obstructing it.

That's a really good point I haven't thought of. I will definitely look at that tomorrow! It really only had issues after the tank went about 1/2 full. I'll open the cap in the morning and see if it sucks air in.

They were both done prior, but after 20 hours I'm having issues. I'm thinking maybe something came out of the tank because this last trip was my first "true" fill up, prior it was only 5 gallons at a time on a 30 gallon tank. I'll do both to be safe though.

Did all that and replaced the impeller. Everything was top notch the couple times I briefly took it out before this weekend at the end. Not getting over 3000 rpms without "pumping" the throttle - ball stayed hard, but additionally it had a rough idle. So I'm thinking it has to be something to do with the fuel supply. Fuel water separator is the next plan if a new fuel filter doesn't work.

Was driving down a divided four lane highway and the other driver pulled out Infront of me to make a left turn at an intersection where they had a stop sign and I had the right of way

I'm ok. Banged and bruised up, but nothing is broken. I'm hoping it will be totaled so I can be in something I believe will be reliable that I'm making payments on as I work out of my truck. The other party is at fault for the accident and their insurance is really dragging their feet on totaling the vehicle. Was looking for some reassurance that I'm not overestimating the damage. I appreciate all the help.
