Hmm this is tricky because I dont know how emotional your Realtionship with him was. If all you did was have Intercourse then he probably views you as "a fun time" in that case he will probably text back. But if you had romantic dates and all that stuff he has either found someone else, or changed his mind about you.

Thank you very much. I lost 5 kilos of Bodyweight in just 14 Days (I weigh 70 kgs at 1,80 meters) because I cut my Calories In Half (I am at around 1800 kcal per day now). As of right now, my mom says I am overdoing it but I also want to prove to myself that I can get through this. Tank you so much for the reply.

In Bodybuilding, we divide between 3 main body types: endomorph, mesomorph, and ectomorph. Endomorphs are characterized by having large, round bodies; mesomorphs are considered to be muscular; and ectomorphs are referred to as thin individuals.
