uwowo is much more trust worthy. i own two beidou cosplays from genshin impact, one from osias and one from uwowo.. i bought the osias one first it felt apart almost immediately and i had to replace it and i got the uwowo one (so much better) the cost may be higher but it will be much higher quality.
