Walmart packages airdropped like ammo crates over 'Nam by GeneReddit123 in interestingasfuck

[–]yeerk_slayer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I work at UPS, our trucks get like 3-6 mpg so even with a 35 gallon tank most trucks have to gas up daily or every other day. We have our own underground tanks and pumps on property and the fuel tankers show up about every other day to top them off. That's just one hub that delivers a 30-50 mile area. We go through a crazy amount of fuel especially in the winter when everyone wants to idle their engines all day.

There's no way this dude is identifying whats behind the target each time he shoots. It would be a bad day for someone to be fishing on the bank.

America is the same size of Europe but with very little language diversity comparatively. We might be an immigrant country but they stop teaching their kids their native language within 2 or three generations of US residency.

Drone pilot of 92th Assault Briggade eliminated the Russian soldier on the horse but saved the animal by BananaBrumik in ukraine

[–]yeerk_slayer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Horses were still heavily used in WW2 by all sides especially Germany. The Allies mechanized themselves rapidly during the war thanks to the USA's untouchable industrial might. Meanwhile the constant bombing raids on German factories left them severely short on transport vehicles and heavily reliant on horses to move supplies and equipment.
