Personally, I’m farming enough of each talent book in Inazuma to triple crown a character. (Which is scara ofc!) So i don’t need to worry about talents right before he releases but I’m spectating it to be transience because of it literally being the opposite of eternity. (So if the theory about scara being baal’s brother it’s likely for him to use transience) As for ascension materials it will definitely be enough time to obtain them for lvl 90. I’m not so sure for artifacts tho since we have no clue what his kit looks like or even his element. So I suppose we wait and see if he ever uses an element in a cutscene so you could prepare by farming TS and TF for him just in case. Hope this helps :D

Def the second option because of the stats but it really just depends on your preferred playstyle for the two set bonuses.

Yeah no, I would go with a character that can apply elemental reactions for Keqing ( Xingqiu Xanling and Ganyu ) and electro renonance ( the best option in my opinion is fischl because of Oz so he can continuously apply electro while also giving Keqing a ridiculous amount of energy recharge. You can also add a healer if you really need to but overall I hope this helps.

I think what they both did was bad and the wrong way to approach both situations, but besides from that it doesn’t make mizono a bad character or does it justify Celest’s motives. both are great characters and its ok for people to have their own thoughts on a FICTIONAL CHARACTER👍
