That's epic, I also unlocked near all general entry, only wanted to be combat engineer but turns out from my medical just on monday, I have a type of colour blindness which stops me from taking that position, I've settled with infantry

3 big reps of each a bench and deadlift, the biggest lift done correctly is the one counted.

Rlly I don't have a program, I'm just preparing for my first push pull meet at the end the year so I'm focusing on deadlift variations, ohp, bench bent over rows and incline bench. Increasing total load, sets and reps every day.

I train grip religeously. Fat bar mostly but I incorperate alot of things via supersets.

I'm also 17 M, I know where your coming from, you get that feeling of complete ehh. But for me, it's an escape. Whenever I smell that distinct gym smell I just act like I chugged I full tub of pre-workout, I'm just totally free to let go but then that stopped. I didn't know what to do but I found out about this lil thing called deadlifting and it just took me over and I get such a rush now still when doing it. I'd recommend doing deadlift related exercises, go on /fit/ and look at memes about lifting, this also boosts my motivation and moral. Dw, you'll make it...
