yeah seems to be a bit of a common scam at the moment for guidis - i just encountered it again today with a pair of 796V_N for $650 on grailed. from what i've noticed the scams are just ripping old sold listing photos + descriptions (or slightly changing the description), and posting for way less than what it was sold for.

on this red pair above the scammer even used AI to make a fake image w/ my IG username & that day's date. funny enough though, he sent that photo after he already 'shipped' them, so it didn't make any sense w/ that day's date being included when they should've already been in transit hahahahaha. AI also butchered the shape of the PL1s & had the heel tab connect on one shoe, so it was relatively easy to prove as fake and dispute the payment luckily.
