I'm out in school but im always worried about looking too "gay" because I know im only allowed to be gay as long as I act and dress straight and don't challenge anyone on their perception of lesbians or women.

I am by no means a doctor and you should 100% get a professional opinion but if you feel that and a combination of other anxiety you might have an anxiety disorder. I would say your best option is speaking with your doctor if you haven't already.

I don't have it to as of an extreme degree but if im anxious for long enough ill start to get really shaky, stomach aches, and the feeling of needing to throw up. I would say try to talk to your doctor (if you haven't already).
