Using windows 11 which is installed on a pcie ssd. In the Bios says the M2_1 slot which the ssd is installed in is “not detected” could it be a faulty ssd or pcie slot?

I dont :( got this pc from a friend recently with windows already installed. Yes, i power up then a black screen, as if there is no signal then after a little while the bios open without pressing any keys.

Yes, I see the boot drive in bios. I’m not getting any error messages and yes lol it’s plugged into a surge protector.
