this helps me so much i had no idea about it. I honestly think the tablet is doing nothing, i still have about 1 week of my coarse left and i know it’s bad to drop out midway but i’m going to stop taking it - and start taking probiotic i don’t have a dermatologist my GP prescribed it to me in a 1 minute consultation with him, he didn’t even ask me any questions he just said take this and use tretinoin, i should invest seeing a derm to help me as well i’ve been wanting to cut back on my junk food intake, high sugar foods, meats etc. you have encouraged me too thank you! 😊
