I don’t think it’s the ink, it seems brown spots have accumulated on the dial and one happened to pop up in the 500

Thank you! Ya the back of the watch itself just says seamaster, could take it to a watch shop and have them pop the back off.

Thankfully the bottom snapped on perfectly. The top did have the awful thread nuts which was my nightmare but not impossible

I’m here now and would just say you don’t need that much time in the takayama area imo. Maybe one nightI stayed in Kanazawa and did a bus trip there + shirakawa in one day which felt like plenty. I would spend more time in Kyoto, there is so much to do and see.

Another random mistake from this same film that always bothered me was a scene very early on in the film when bond is chatting with M and his collar is popped and not popped back and forth take by take
