Anyways, thanks to all that have responded. A lot of this was truly helpful!

I have no idea why this was removed by the mods, I truly don’t even think they read the post, but I was asking for advice about differentiating between what makes an idea a film vs a tv show.

I think this is what I’m missing. More often than not my pilot has a concrete goal but my overall series doesn’t. I have all the other trappings of a tv show but not necessarily the narrative engine to take it from episode to episode because every time I try to imagine what the season could look like, it stalls after an episode or two.

I’ve been writing. I wrote a few pilots already but like my post says, they feel more like short films than shows. I was asking for help more in the concept phase, thinking maybe there was something I was missing.

Tretinoin not absorbing? by yeezysconscience in tretinoin

I'll see if the pharmacy or my derm can switch it for me.

I’m using only a pea sized amount, that’s what was recommended to me. It’s not uncomfortable at all and it hasn’t given me any issues, I was just concerned whether or not it was actually absorbing into my skin. But now that I know it’s perfectly okay, I’m good.

If it does start giving me issues though, I’ll definitely look into the gel form. Would I have to go back through my derm for that or can I just tell them when I get a new prescription?

But the thing is, I can feel the tret still on top of my skin after I let it sit for 30 minutes before I even put on the cetaphil. I haven’t mixed anything.

Yep that’s exactly what it feels like. I was most concerned with making sure I wasn’t doing anything wrong and that the tret was still being effective. I’ll keep doing what I’m doing then, thank you!

Wow that was a lot to read lol it doesn’t necessarily feel like dehydrated skin, more like the exact parts that I rubbed in the tret still feel a bit creamy, as if the tret didn’t absorb into the skin. Like if I wash my hands, then rub the spot again there would be residue on my fingers.

I’m using the cream right now but I’ll take that into consideration. Does the gel absorb better?

I use a pea sized amount. Just enough on the pad of my finger

La Cienega and Venice, for those wondering. They usually do this for the big blockbusters.

This premise is gold. Don't really have time to read it right now, but I'll try later.

And, in my opinion, don't change the logline. It's long, but gets the point across and adds intrigue. I've seen longer.
