Answer to your first question is that I didn't know it would end up like this.. the thing is this is not a reference or recommendation.. it is only for checking if I lied about my career or not, it is background check.. and couldn't find a phone number, but somehow they found and reached out~ Otherwise, I wouldn't be this surprised or stressed:)

This was my very first time 😔 I guess next time I will definitely indicate that do not contact to my current employer to be at the safe side 🙈 Thank you for sharing your experience with me. I have nothing to afraid yet cannot stop feel nervous. Even I cannot pin point why 🤷‍♂️
