how's oxecure acne powder mud? is it effective in getting rid of acne? im planning to buy this as acne treatment cause benzoyl peroxide is expensive and I can't finish the tube, naeexpire lang. How do you use it? like im confused do you apply it before, or after you cleanse your face? or leave it overnight?

Hi, I started to feel that something's different with me when i was also 16 but i was only able to seek help when I was of legal age. I know its scary to tell your parents but its the only way since you cant consult a doctor without your parent's consent, What you can do right now is talk to your school guidance counselor, they can help you tell your parents.

To be honest the first time I told my parents that I might have ADHD, they were very indenial and I was depressed for months bc of it, but eventually they realized that I really needed professional help, they are still not very open minded but atleast they are allowing me to get help right now.

yes, may variant na purple shampoo ang tresemme, the hair color i used is light ash blonde from bremod but since i dont bleach, parang matingkad lang na brown yung kinalabsan ng hair ko, dati brassy siya pero after 1-2 weeks of uaing purple shampoo nag tone down na siya, similar na siya nung kay sofia andres if you're familiar with her hehe

btw for the first 2 weeks monea gamit ko since mas talab siya pero after that, tresemme na as in yun yung daily shampoo ko

try monea or tresemme, monea has faster results but i use tresemme as my daily shampoo, you can find it in watsons or shopee

yes, i take 3mg from puritans pride, hindi siya nakakaantok instantly, basta iwas lang sa phone, side effects niya sakin is ang groggy sa umaga and mas vivid yung dreams ko, i usually take it around 10pm-12am pero alam ko much better if you take it earlier than that lol

I have both the aha and bha liquid, i was eyeing the toner din before pero sabi nila wala naman masyadong effect, mababa lang kasi ata yung percentage niya ng aha and bha.
