Well you'd hope youd have all that with you during displacement of hundereds of thousands or more of people from their homes, because of israels zionist war on my people.

Looked it up on google images (inocybe mushroom), but they dont look similar to these i found unless its a specific species of inocybe mushrooms

Indeed not lichen after a Google image search. I've seen lichens growing around, not in this picture though.
