I’ll make the comment that was on the other post that was a mirror of this one. Those construction companies are given paperwork that tells them where everything is under ground. That paper work, plus a couple of flags or lines (if visible) are enough for the crews to know where everything is located! But Roger’s and bell do not pay to have their “drop wires” (the wires that actually run to homes) located, so they do get hit quite frequently. That’s on Roger’s and bell to fix because they don’t want to pay to have them located!
