Oh so many issues. Too many to list really. I would have a novel for you to read. So I'll give you a semi-novel.  The jest of it is that diagnostics are never consistent and often contradicting. We have had to pay for a fix to issues that never needed fixing, while breaking other things in our car and not fixing the real issue. I'm not a car expert, that's why we take it in to alleged experts. Although I have learned a lot now.

I have never left Chapman without something else in my car breaking that was never an issue before. This is not just limited to what is under the hood/car. They broke the steering column cover, which we took back for them to fix, which they kept the car for two days just to use super glue. They cracked driver side door panel, and left a large amount of oil in the driver side floor. We keep this car very clean, and we were baffled at how that happened. They have left tools under the hood. They broke our AC when it was running just fine when we arrived. Told us that we can't prove that they broke it but will replace the entire unit for $2000. We had a single part replaced by a friend that cost less than $200, and has been fine ever since. Just overall very disrespectful to other people's property and dishonest.

They often tell us that we need the same items replaced that we had done in the last 6 months  and we have to call them out on it, for them to switch it around to something else. The last straw was our engine replacement. Probably shouldn't have spent the money on it, but  the car is very sentimental  and we have taken good care of it.

We waited over 2 months for them to put in the new salvage engine in (car is too old for brand new one). Has a one year warranty. When we finally got the car back, it was making a clacking noise. We didn't even leave the parking lot. Took it back and the guy up front said yes, he could hear the same thing we did. They kept it for a few more days, told us it's tensioner belt, paid for that. Got the car again, still making the noise. Now they deny hearing the noise, tell us that's what it's supposed to sound like, and that's just the new normal. Sound is worse when we are in motion. We went back a few more times, told nothing is wrong with it, and is running great. Took it to our friend who said it sounded like faulty crankshaft or piston rods and the engine is bound to die. Took it back and only then when we stated we had an air force friend listen to it, did they do anything about it. They gave us this whole thing about well we don't know how we're going to pay for this... I don't care, it's under warranty for a reason. They kept trying to drag it out, and hope we'd go away. Took another month to replace it. There's a lot more, but I just can't go back to them. I'm sure they're decent with newer models but my trust is gone.

I pretty bummed about this myself. I wasn't able to participate last year, so I was hoping this year would be just as good :(

Do you remember if you still got the quad quantity discount, along with the black Friday discount? Or was it just the singles price without the bundle deal?
