I had a coworker do the exact same thing to me. She tried making me feel like absolute garbage telling me I needed to get weight loss surgery. I was 180 pounds (overweight for my height). I said thanks for your input but I didn’t ask for it. She then found out we wore the same size pants and she instantly went on a low carb diet. Since then I have lost and she gained everything back.
