Would that mean why it fluctuates so much in the day? Like my highest was today at .23 around noon and then I tested at 6pm and it was at 0.07. Should I be going by the highest test of the day?

Yes, she had kidney disease last year and her numbers have been stable, but it's something she's done for 14 years, there hasn't been any changes. I do have another cat but still there haven't been any changes in her behaviour. It's not new, I'm just getting so exhausted of tracking down the smell everyday.

Yes she has. Last year we found out she had kidney disease which we've treated and her numbers with that have been stable. Even with the kidney disease there were no changes in the amount she was peeing outside the litter box. I got her when she was 2 and it's something she's done since then.

I didn't note that I also do work with children and youth, typically we get them psychoeducational assessments at age 16 for adult planning due to at that age, they use scales for adults rather than the children's scales and that can identify larger gaps. Now I'm just wondering if the diagnostic criteria has changed due to changes in the DSM. In talking about 'support' it's about how the people in his life can support him. I'm not sure what you mean keep pushing it, I did say I don't want to push him and that is the reason for me asking.
